Embracing the natural context and refined style of riverside suburb Mosman Park, NOMA will be a polished and modern apartment complex with enchanting, earthy themes.
Brought to life by the award-winning Parcel Property, NOMA follows the signature themes of the expert developer, including design that is functional, flexible and welcoming of natural light and amenity.
These consistencies pair beautifully with the natural surrounds of every Parcel development, which inspire a wide array of distinctive aesthetics.
“Our philosophy is to ensure the design of every development responds to the character and identity of the area,” Parcel Property Built Form General Manager Ross Catalano said.
“Each is unique and meets our benchmark for quality design, amenity and finish.
“NOMA’s architectural design aesthetic combines warmth and personality with an elegant, refined style.
“Paying homage to its premium location on sought-after Glyde Street, NOMA’s architectural response focuses on craftsmanship and materiality.
“Exposed brick, archways, timber and soft landscaping is a nod to the traditional streetscape, with modern execution that will make an enduring contribution to sense of place.”
Mr Catalano said NOMA’s design celebrated the suburb’s leafy streetscapes by reflecting the colours, textures and scents of the area, which flowed through to carefully crafted shared spaces fostering a sense of social connectivity.
The residents’ roof terrace, business lounge and internal amenity spaces also provide NOMA with a community feel, complemented by residential and visitor parking, a pedestrian walkway, a pocket park area and three commercial tenancies.
The $50 million development’s interior palettes designed by DKO Architecture also embrace the Mosman Park landscape, while leaving room for a personal touch with a choice of finishes and customisation offered.
Across the high-quality one, two and three-bedroom residences, there will be trendy entertainment bars within kitchens, key drop facilities upon entry and dressing tables within wardrobes.
The environmentally friendly complex will also boast rooftop solar panels and batteries that power the apartments, and will feature electric charging stations for vehicles.
Floor layouts have been carefully considered to maximise cross ventilation and reduce reliance on air-conditioning, while the capturing of natural light also enhances the energy-saving benefits.
NOMA is a short walk from the Mosman Park train station, is serviced by high-frequency bus schedules, and is close to some of Perth’s best schools and a variety of cafes, retail and natural recreation, including South Cottesloe Beach.
The project is being developed by Parcel Property and will be constructed by PACT, both part of Dale Alcock’s ABN Group. The interior design will be looked after by Plus Architecture and DKO Architecture, while landscape architect Seedesign Studio is on board to ensure a beautifully crafted complex.
Leveraging a strong track record, experience in diverse sectors and award-winning work, Parcel Property will commence a registration of interest campaign next month. A project launch is planned for spring, with the construction forecast for the second quarter of 2021.
Apartment pricing will start from low $400,000s through to mid $1 millions for the top-floor penthouses.
